FAQ

Commercial Landscape Maintenance
Our standard maintenance includes bed maintenance, mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and basic plant healthcare such as weed control and fertilization. We also believe that proper irrigation is instrumental in a successful management plan and will include this in your monthly service costs. Additionally, we can offer seasonal services such as annual color and mulching as add-ons or part of custom packages. These items should be communicated during your first consultation with a Total Environment representative to ensure we can create a customized program that will fit your needs.
Mowing will take place weekly during the growing season and bed visits will typically take place every 2 weeks. These details will be based on your specific needs and contract.
Absolutely! We offer a range of à la carte services including new plantings, mulching, lighting, irrigation repairs, seasonal services such as annual color, bulbs, pumpkins and Christmas lights. Your dedicated Account Manager will be happy to provide pricing for any service you are interested in.
We monitor the weather closely. If rain prevents service, we’ll reschedule as soon as conditions allow—usually within 24–48 hours.
Ideally, our Account Managers are onsite and catching any issues before you. However, if you do notice any issues please contact us right away—text, call, or email. We’ll do our best to address the issue promptly, whether it’s plant health, irrigation, or anything else.
We try to keep crews consistent so they become familiar with your property, but during busy seasons or scheduling changes, a different crew member may occasionally visit.
We invoice monthly, by check, or set up autopay. For larger projects, a deposit may be required prior to work starting.
